BRINGING COMFORT

When the pandemic hit and quarantine became the new normal, I started thinking. What are people going to miss the most? What will they crave while they're stuck at home? After a bit of reflecting, the answer seemed obvious: comfort food.

THE FOODS WE LOVE TO EAT

The pandemic caused a lot of discomfort for many of us. So I thought "maybe I can bring others comfort by opening a ghost kitchen that serves all the foods we love to eat."

Pizza, burgers, wings, sandwiches, salads, a couple of desserts covered all the bases, but I wanted to get creative. So I created the most American dish I could think of: cheeseburger pizza.

Before it goes into the oven, The All American is topped with ground beef, smoky bacon, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella and American cheeses. When it comes out, it’s finished with cold onions, pickles, and shredded lettuce.

 

I wanted to give my neighborhoods something different than just the classics, even though I'm a purist at heart.
